2024 Vendor/Sponsor Information

The Michigan Society of Radiologic Technologists provides a variety of sponsorship and advertising opportunities at our Annual Meeting. We appreciate the generous support of our vendors and sponsors! Any size donation is greatly appreciated.

Vendor Package Opportunities:

Vendor Exhibit Space Only- $300: Includes Exhibit space for the duration of the Annual Meeting and company banner/logo on our website for 3 months (July-October).  All vendors will have the opportunity to speak briefly to attendees at the opening of the conference and will be mentioned in the conference program.  This selection does not include meals.

Vendor Meal Ticket Package, per person- $130: Includes breakfast on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday; lunch on Wednesday and Thursday; and dinner on Thursday at the Past Presidents’ Banquet.

Bronze Level Vendor Package- $600: Includes Exhibit space for the duration of the Annual Meeting, company website banner/logo for 12 months, and Annual Meeting registration for two company representatives (includes full meeting and educational conference attendance, including meals).  All vendors will have an opportunity to speak briefly at the opening of the conference and will be mentioned in the conference program.

Silver Level Vendor Package-  $800: Includes Bronze Level benefits and a half page (5.5 in x 4 in) black and white program ad (ad to be provided by the company).

Gold Level Vendor Package- $1000: Includes Silver Level benefits and one foursome for the scholarship golf outing ($340 value).

Platinum Level Vendor Package- $2000: Includes Gold Level benefits plus conference registration (includes meals) for a third company representative, up to two foursomes for the scholarship golf outing, and unlimited job postings to the MSRT website and social media accounts for the year following the Annual Meeting. 

Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Sponsor a break for our annual meeting- $200

  • Sponsor breakfast for our annual meeting- $500

  • Sponsors who want to advertise their company banner/logo on our website for 12 months (July-June) including one social media post - $100

  • Sponsor social reception for our annual meeting- $500

  • Sponsor Past President banquet ticket- $150


HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS AND ANNUAL MEETING INFORMATION

Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the sponsor/vendor/exhibitor and are not included in pricing/packages.  

Details on this year’s annual meeting are still being finalized. Please check back soon for more information.

DEADLINE

Applications for corporate sponsorship must be submitted by September 1st. Applications received after the deadline may or may not be accepted.  All fees are due by September 1st and are non-refundable.

2024 EXHIBIT SPACE AND RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF SPACE

Vendors may set up their table after 6pm on Tuesday.  Vendors’ area will be 1-8 foot table and two chairs.  All other supplies must be provided by the exhibitor. If you need power, please let the MSRT know as soon as possible, so arrangements can be made.  

All items must be removed by 12:30pm on Friday. DoubleTree by Hilton Bay City-Riverfront will gladly receive the supplies necessary for any function. Shipments will be accepted no sooner than 3 days prior to the function. Materials that require shipping after a function is completed must be arranged by the person responsible for the materials.

Solicitations or demonstrations must be confined within the bounds of the assigned exhibit space. Aisle space shall not be used for exhibit purposes, display signs or solicitation or distribution of promotional material.

Exhibitors are not allowed to hang any identification signs or display elements from the ceilings or walls.

Exhibitor identification in all MSRT publications and on all signs and exhibit graphics will be the company name submitted on the application/contract.

All exhibits must conform to and enhance the professional, educational and instructional atmosphere of the conference.

Exhibits may not exceed the 8’ behind the tables.

Exhibits shall be constructed and arranged so that they do not obstruct the general view or hide adjacent exhibits from the normal line of sight.

Any electrical or mechanical apparatus must be muffled so that noise does not disturb other exhibitors.

No music will be permitted.

Only those persons, firms or organizations who have a contract with MSRT for the occupancy of displays are permitted to show or demonstrate products, processes or services or solicit orders, distribute surveys or advertising materials at their display. Any infringement will result in the prompt removal of the offending person(s) and materials from the display and meeting areas.

Security will not be provided during non-exhibit hours. The exhibits are in a public, non-secure area. Please be aware and prepare accordingly.

The MSRT nor the Doubletree is responsible for theft or damage to the contents as this area is not monitored if the conference is not actively going on.  


SCHOLARSHIP GOLF OUTING

New as of 2023, Gold and Platinum Level Vendor Packages include registrations for our golf outing which raises money for our student scholarship fund.  If vendors purchase these packages but do not utilize these registrations, a portion of the money will still go to the student scholarship fund and we thank you for your support.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • Vendors need to make their own hotel reservations, if needed.

  • The MSRT does not reimburse for hotel/travel costs.

  • All vendor fees are due September 1st, 2023.

  • All vendor/sponsor fees are non-refundable.

  • Exhibit space will be assigned by the MSRT.
