Mid-America Registration Information

MID - AMERICA MEETING:

PLEASE NOTE – REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT ARE NOW ONLINE.  ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE VIA CREDIT CARD  THROUGH PAYPAL (YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PAYMENT - PayPal is utilized to just PROCESS your payment).  PAYMENT BY CHECK IS NO LONGER AN OPTION.

 

 

AS YOU PROCEED THROUGH THE REGISTRATION PROCESS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SELECT WHETHER YOU WILL BE ATTENDING TWO DAYS, OR JUST ONE DAY.  IF YOU SELECT ONE DAY, YOU WILL NEED TO SELECT THE DAY YOU ARE ATTENDING. 

 

TWO PEOPLE CANNOT REGISTER ON ONE FORM.  EACH PERSON MUST REGISTER INDIVIDUALLY, EVEN IF YOU WANT TO PAY FOR ANOTHER PERSON. 

 

This one can be added to the line that talks about the selections they need to make.

IF YOU PLAN TO GO FOR ONE DAY - SELECT ONE DAY

IF YOU PLAN TO GO FOR TWO DAYS - SELECT THE TWO DAY OPTION.  THE TWO DAY OPTION INCLUDES BOTH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.

 

ONCE YOU HAVE MADE YOUR SELECTIONS PROCEED TO CHECK OUT AND FILL IN THE INFORMATION INCLUDING YOUR E-MAIL.  (THE REASON WE NEED YOUR E-MAIL IS WE WILL BE SENDING THE CEC REPORT TO YOU BY E-MAIL). 

 

 

ON THE FINAL PAGE YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION .  AFTER FILLING THAT OUT YOU MUST CLICK ON THE “PLACE ORDER” BUTTON IN ORDER TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION..
