Annual Meeting Registration Information

ANNUAL MEETING INFORMATION:



PLEASE NOTE – REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT ARE NOW ONLINE.  ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE THROUGH PAYPAL (YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PAYMENT).  PAYMENT BY CHECK IS NO LONGER AN OPTION.

 

 

AS YOU PROCEED THROUGH THE REGISTRATION PROCESS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SELECT THE NUMBER OF DAYS YOU WILL ATTEND, IF YOU WILL ATTEND THE PRESIDENT’S BANQUET AND IF SO WHAT YOUR DINNER ENTRÉE WILL BE.  YOU WILL ALSO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BRING A GUEST TO HAVE LUNCH AND/OR ATTEND THE BANQUET WITH YOU.  IF THIS IS YOUR DESIRE, PLEASE BE SURE TO MAKE THOSE SELECTIONS (INCLUDING THEIR DINNER ENTRÉE IF ATTENDING THE BANQUET) AND ADD THEM TO THE CART.

 

 

ONCE YOU HAVE MADE THESE SELECTIONS PROCEED TO CHECK OUT AND FILL IN THE INFORMATION INCLUDING YOUR E-MAIL.  (THE REASON WE NEED YOUR E-MAIL IS IN THE FUTURE WE WILL BE SENDING THE CEC REPORT BY E-MAIL). 

 

 

ON THE FINAL PAGE YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.  AFTER FILLING THAT OUT YOU MUST CLICK ON THE “PLACE ORDER” BUTTON IN ORDER TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION..
